How can I be sure my order will be of good quality?

Every piece is washed, then steamed and hung in our stock room. Our standards are very high, we quality check each item before it is listed for you to purchase. We do NOT sell any fakes. Any defect including small marks will be mentioned in the description and/or shown in images.

Where does your stock come from?

We source the best of vintage and retro clothing from across the world. We currently have suppliers
in America, Europe and the UK.

When will my order by shipped?

We aim to ship all orders placed before 12pm the same day, if your order is placed after this time, it
will be shipped the next working day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be despatched the
following Monday. Bank Holiday orders will be shipped the next working day.

How can I pay?

We accept payments from all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Both methods are trusted and

If I am unhappy with my order, can I return it?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Please submit a returns form and a member of our
team will get back to you with further details. See our returns page for further information.

When do you add items to the site?

We try add items online as regularly as possible as we are always searching for the best
vintage pieces. Check back regularly as we add around 200 items weekly!

How do I know if what I buy will fit me?

It is important that you understand the measurements of the items that you are buying from
us. We want you to completely happy with your purchases from us at Atlas Vintage! Please
remember that sizing has changed over the years especially with vintage pieces and you will
need to check the measurement included in our item descriptions. We have a size page
explaining how we measure items in further detail.

How do I contact the Atlas Vintage customer care team?

Feel free to contact us with any questions via our contact form on our website. We aim to
reply to all messages within 2 working days.

Has my order been dispatched?

We send an email the day your order has been dispatched. Please check your spam/junk
mail folders just in case it’s ended up there.

I have seen a product that I loved but it is now sold out. Now what?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, they are all one of a kind. This makes them
all super unique. When you find something you love, please try purchase as soon as you
can to avoid disappointment. We do add new products regularly, so it is worth checking back
on our site in case we get anything similar.
