We aim to fulfill and dispatch any order placed before 12.00 GMT on a weekday the same day, and all orders will be fulfilled within one business day.
Orders placed after 12.00 GMT will be dispatched the following day and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
No orders are dispatched on UK public holidays

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
International Customers please note that Atlas Vintage is not responsible for any Customs & VAT charges you may occur on import. Please check your countries guidelines on import fees as this varies from country to country.


To be eligible, you must return the item in its original condition with all tags still attached within 14 days of delivery for UK customers and 21 days for international customers.

Once we receive your order, we will issue a full refund back to the original payment method minus any shipping costs.

When returning an item, we advise using a tracked postage service. This is to ensure the safe return of your order, as we are not liable for any lost items in the process of a return.

Additionally, please be aware that all refunds & return shipping are at the expense of the customer.
