We understand that sometimes things may not meet your
expectations and we are happy to accept returns that meet the following
criteria:

• - The item must be returned in its original condition with original swing tags attached

• - A refund must be requested within 14 days of receipt

• - Item must be returned within 14 days of delivery for UK customers
and 21 days for international customers

• - Please include your packing slip within your parcel, as this will speed up the returns process

Once we revive your new item, we aim issue a full refund
to the original payment method, minus any shipping costs within 10 working days.
To ensure the safe return of your order, we recommend using a
tracked postage service. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost
items during the return process.
Please be aware that all return shipping costs are at the
expense of the customer.
