SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to fulfill and dispatch any order placed before 12.00 GMT on a weekday the same day, and all orders will be fulfilled within one business day. Orders placed after 12.00 GMT will be dispatched the following day and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
No orders are dispatched on UK public holidays
If your order has not reached you within the given timeframe then please message us using the contact form. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.
We will not accept liability for any missing orders if the tracking for the parcel is showing the order as delivered.
